The current East Baoyu record uses a Shougang transformation title as a group historical reference. The external source does not by itself confirm the particular East Baoyu or Baolai commercial role.

Industrial transformation projects can require retained-structure interfaces, surveys, staged works, temporary stability, fabrication to existing geometry, coating repair, logistics in constrained sites and change control. These are relevant evaluation topics, not unsupported historic scope statements.

A buyer needs a traceable contract or purchase record, approved role statement, delivery and acceptance material, or a source that expressly names the company and work package. Any quantified result also needs its measurement method and approval for disclosure.
